IMPORTANT - SERVICE ELIGIBILITY

This service is exclusively designed for clients residing outside India, primarily targeting Indian citizens who are studying or working abroad in countries such as Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, and other international locations. The service is also available to individuals of other nationalities who meet our eligibility criteria. By subscribing to NoKuJob™, you confirm that you are currently located outside India and are actively seeking employment opportunities in international markets.


1. INTRODUCTION AND ACCEPTANCE

1.1 International Service Agreement

These Terms of Service, referred to throughout this document as "Terms," constitute a legally binding agreement between AJ Human AI® Private Limited, referred to as "Company," "we," "us," or "our," a company incorporated under the laws of India with CIN U62099KL2025PTC095861, providing the NoKuJob™ service, referred to as "Service," "Platform," or "NoKuJob™," and you, referred to as "Client," "User," "Subscriber," "you," or "your," an international client accessing our CV creation and job application services.


These Terms govern all aspects of your relationship with us, including your subscription to NoKuJob™ services, your use of our platform and services, our obligations to you as a service provider, your obligations and responsibilities toward us and the service, and all other aspects of our business relationship. This comprehensive agreement establishes the framework within which we will work together to support your international job search efforts.

1.2 Service Eligibility

To use NoKuJob™ services, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria. First, you must currently be residing outside India in countries such as Australia, United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Ireland, United Arab Emirates, or other international locations. Second, you must be at least 18 years of age with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts. Third, you should be seeking employment opportunities in countries where you currently reside or in other international markets. Fourth, you must be legally eligible to work in your target employment countries, meaning you either possess a valid visa or work permit, or you are eligible to obtain one.


Additionally, you must be able to make payments through international payment methods accepted by our payment gateway. Finally, you must not be prohibited from using this service under the laws of your country of residence or the laws of your target employment countries. By subscribing to NoKuJob™, you represent and warrant that you meet all of these eligibility criteria without exception.

1.3 Electronic Agreement and Legal Effect

This agreement is entered into electronically and carries the full force of law under the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, specifically under Sections 10 and 11, as well as under applicable international laws governing electronic commerce and electronic signatures in your jurisdiction. These may include the Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act in the United States, the Electronic Communications Act 2000 in the United Kingdom, the Electronic Transactions Acts in Australia, or similar legislation in your country.


Your electronic acceptance of these Terms constitutes a binding contract between you and AJ Human AI® Private Limited. Such acceptance can be demonstrated by clicking any button labeled "I Accept," "I Agree," "Subscribe," or similar affirmative language, by checking an acceptance checkbox during the registration process, by making payment for a NoKuJob™ subscription, by using NoKuJob™ services after being presented with these Terms, or by continuing to use our services after we have notified you of updates to these Terms. Your electronic signature, manifested through any of these actions, has the same legal force and effect as a handwritten signature on a physical document.

1.4 Entire Agreement

These Terms of Service, together with the following documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and AJ Human AI® Private Limited. The complete agreement consists of first, these Terms of Service which you are currently reading; second, the separate Conditions of Service document which contains detailed legal conditions and protections; third, the Privacy Policy which governs how we collect, use, and protect your personal information; fourth, the Cookie Policy describing our use of cookies; and fifth, other related policies including our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Disclaimer, Acceptable Use Policy, and Data Processing Agreement. All of these documents together form one integrated and comprehensive legal agreement governing our relationship.

1.5 Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify, update, or change these Terms of Service at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to changes in applicable laws or regulations, introduction of new features or services, changes in our business model or operations, clarifications or corrections to existing provisions, enhanced user protections, or alignment with industry best practices. For material changes that significantly affect your rights or obligations, we will provide you with at least 30 days advance notice via email sent to your registered email address. For non-material changes such as minor clarifications, formatting updates, or contact information changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and make the revised version available on our website. Your continued use of NoKuJob™ services after the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.


2. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE DESCRIPTION

2.1 NoKuJob™ Subscription Package

The NoKuJob™ subscription package provides you with access to our comprehensive job application services for a duration of one calendar month, specifically 30 days, calculated from the date your subscription is activated rather than from the date of payment. The subscription is priced in the range of USD $80 to $100 or the equivalent amount in your local currency, with the exact pricing displayed on our website at the time you subscribe and confirmed during the checkout process before you complete your payment. Please note that all subscription pricing is subject to change at our discretion, with 30 days advance notice provided for any price changes.


Your subscription operates on a manual renewal basis, meaning there is absolutely no automatic billing, no auto-renewal, and no recurring charges unless you explicitly choose to purchase a new subscription when your current one expires. We will send you reminders before your subscription expires, specifically at 7 days before expiry, 1 day before expiry, and on the day of expiry itself, but you must take affirmative action to renew if you wish to continue using our services.


During your active subscription period, you are entitled to receive up to three customized, ATS-friendly CVs per day, every day for the full 30-day duration of your subscription. The daily CV quota resets every 24 hours from your activation time, and any unused portion of your daily quota does not carry forward to the next day. This means that if you use only one CV on a particular day, you cannot accumulate the unused two CVs to have five CVs the following day; each day provides a fresh allocation of up to three CVs. Your subscription also includes unlimited job link identification subject to market availability and suitable opportunities, as well as unlimited job application submissions, again subject to the availability of suitable opportunities that match your profile and preferences.

2.2 Services Included - What You Get

Your NoKuJob™ subscription includes comprehensive CV and resume creation services, whereby we create professional, customized CVs and resumes specifically tailored to the job opportunities we identify for you, up to a maximum of three per day. These CVs are formatted to be ATS-friendly, meaning they are designed to pass through Applicant Tracking Systems that many employers use to screen applications. We utilize industry-specific templates and keywords appropriate to your field and the positions you are targeting. We can create multiple CV versions for different types of jobs within your field, and we also prepare cover letters when required by specific job applications.


In addition to CV creation, we provide daily job opportunity identification services. This means we conduct research every day to identify suitable job opportunities that match your skills, experience, qualifications, and stated preferences. We provide you with direct links to all identified opportunities and filter them based on visa requirements and your work authorization eligibility status, ensuring that we only present opportunities for which you are legally qualified to apply.


IMPORTANT: Application Submission Process. Once we create your customized CV and identify suitable job opportunities, you have two options for submitting applications:

Option 1: Staff-Assisted Submission (Employer Career Websites) - With your explicit consent and per-application approval, NoKuJob™ staff may assist in submitting job applications on your behalf through employer career websites where you are unable to apply independently. Each application requires your explicit approval before staff submits it. You can revoke this authorization at any time. Staff maintains a complete audit trail of all submissions including timestamps and IP addresses.

Option 2: Self-Submission (LinkedIn, Indeed, and Your Preference) - For platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed, you submit applications yourself directly using your own accounts. You may also choose to submit applications yourself for any employer career website if you prefer.

CRITICAL CLARIFICATION: Staff does NOT access your email account, LinkedIn account, Indeed account, or any personal accounts. Staff ONLY submits applications through employer career website application forms and ONLY with your explicit per-application approval. You maintain complete control over which jobs to apply for, which submission method to use, and can revoke staff submission authorization at any time.


You also receive application tracking services through your personal dashboard. You have 24/7 access to your client dashboard where you can view all CVs we have created for you, download your CVs in PDF format, access job links we have identified, approve or reject staff-submitted applications, and update your application status. The dashboard maintains a complete audit trail showing which applications were submitted by staff (with timestamps and approval records) and which you submitted yourself. You can track the status of all your applications in real-time, update your profile and preferences as your situation or goals change, and maintain a complete history of all your job search activities in your dashboard.

2.3 Critical Service Disclaimers

IMPORTANT - PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

It is absolutely critical that you understand what NoKuJob™ is and what NoKuJob™ is not. NoKuJob™ is not, under any circumstances, a recruitment agency, a placement service, an employment agency, or any other form of hiring intermediary. We are not affiliated with any employers, recruitment firms, or hiring companies. We are not a visa or immigration consulting service, and we do not provide any immigration-related services whatsoever.


We do not guarantee, and cannot guarantee, that you will receive job interviews as a result of using our services. We do not guarantee employment or job offers. We do not provide visa, work permit, or immigration assistance of any kind. We cannot influence employer hiring decisions in any way, as employers make their decisions based on their own independent criteria. We do not have special connections, relationships, or privileged access to employers. We do not guarantee any particular response rate from employers, as response rates vary widely based on numerous factors entirely outside our control. We do not guarantee that you will find any minimum number of suitable jobs on any given day, as job availability depends entirely on market conditions.


You must understand that your success in securing employment depends primarily and fundamentally on your own qualifications, your work experience, your educational background, your skills, and current market conditions in your target countries and industries. While we present your qualifications in the most professional and compelling manner possible, we cannot change, enhance, or misrepresent your underlying credentials. Employers make hiring decisions based on their own criteria, independent assessment, business needs, and preferences. Your success is also affected by competition from other qualified candidates, economic conditions in your target countries, seasonal hiring patterns, and your visa or work authorization status.


Your subscription fee is paid for access to our services, not for any guarantee of outcomes or results. Payment is for our professional CV creation services, job opportunity identification, and application submission assistance. Payment is explicitly not for employment results, interviews, job offers, or any particular outcomes in your job search.


3. INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT TERMS

3.1 Payment Structure

Our subscription fees are in the range of USD $80 to $100 per month or the equivalent amount in your local currency. The exact amount you will be charged is displayed clearly during the checkout process before you complete your payment. All prices are subject to change at our discretion with 30 days advance notice for any changes. We accept international credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express, as well as debit cards that have international transaction capability.


We accept payment in multiple currencies including USD (US Dollar) which is our primary currency, EUR (Euro), GBP (British Pound Sterling), AUD (Australian Dollar), CAD (Canadian Dollar), AED (UAE Dirham), and other major currencies as displayed on our payment gateway at the time of your transaction. All payments are processed through our secure international payment gateways, specifically Razorpay (for Indian payment methods) and Stripe (for international payments), which are PCI-DSS compliant and meet international security standards. Your subscription will be activated within 48 hours of our receiving confirmation of your payment from the payment gateway.

3.2 Tax Implications and GST Treatment

This service qualifies as an Export of Service under Indian Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws, which means that GST is not applicable for international clients. Our services are provided to clients located outside India, which qualifies them as zero-rated supply under the IGST Act, 2017. All invoices we provide to you will be clearly marked as "Export of Service - Zero Rated Supply (GST Exempt)" to reflect this tax treatment.


Our company's current GST registration status is not yet registered, as we are a startup with turnover below the mandatory registration threshold. The export services exemption applies regardless of our registration status. In the future, if and when we register for GST, this will not affect your subscription fees in any way, as exports of services will remain GST-exempt even after company registration. Future invoices will reflect our GST registration number if applicable, but will continue to show the "Export - Zero Rated" status.


While we do not charge GST, you may be subject to taxes in your country of residence. Potential taxes may include income tax if job search expenses are considered taxable, local VAT or GST depending on your country, sales tax, or other applicable taxes under your local laws. You are solely responsible for declaring this expense if required by your local tax laws. You should consult with a qualified tax advisor in your country regarding the deductibility of professional development expenses and job search costs. Some countries allow tax deductions for job search expenses, and we provide detailed invoices that can be used for tax filing purposes in most countries.

3.3 Payment Gateway Fees and Additional Charges

International transaction fees that are charged by payment gateways or banks are your responsibility and are not included in the subscription fee. These fees are charged in addition to the subscription fee and typically range from 2% to 4% of the transaction amount, though the exact percentage varies by bank and card issuer. These fees appear as separate line items on your card statement, and we do not receive any portion of these fees as they go directly to payment processors and banks.

3.4 Refund Policy

4. CLIENT AUTHORIZATION AND RESPONSIBILITIES

4.1 Authorization for Service Delivery

By subscribing to NoKuJob™ services, you authorize us to create professional CVs and resumes in your name using the information you have provided to us through your profile and any subsequent communications. You authorize us to identify suitable job opportunities that match your qualifications and preferences. You authorize us to create customized application materials including CVs, resumes, and cover letters tailored to specific job opportunities.


IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION: With your explicit consent and per-application approval, NoKuJob™ staff may submit job applications on your behalf through employer career website application forms. Each application requires your explicit approval before submission. Staff does NOT access your email account, LinkedIn account, Indeed account, or any personal accounts. Staff ONLY submits through employer career website application forms with your per-application approval. For LinkedIn and Indeed platforms, you submit applications yourself. You can choose self-submission for any job and can revoke staff submission authorization at any time.


You represent and warrant that you have the legal authority to use the materials we create for you, that all information you have provided is your own and is accurate to the best of your knowledge, and that you are legally eligible to work in the countries where you will be applying for employment.

4.2 Your Absolute Obligations and Responsibilities

You have certain absolute obligations that you must fulfill in order to use NoKuJob™ services effectively and legally. You must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information about your education and qualifications, your work experience and employment history, your skills and competencies, your contact information, your visa status and work authorization in your target countries, and any professional certifications or licenses you hold.


You must ensure that you have the legal right to work in all target countries where you will be applying for employment, either through existing work authorization or eligibility to obtain such authorization. You must respond to our queries and requests for information or clarification within 48 hours whenever possible. You must update your profile promptly if any of your information changes, such as obtaining new qualifications, gaining new work experience, changing your contact details, or experiencing any change in your visa or work authorization status. You must review and approve or reject each application before staff submits it on your behalf, or you may choose to submit applications yourself. You must check your email regularly for employer responses to your applications. You must update your application status in the dashboard as applications are submitted and responses are received.


There are also actions you must absolutely not take. You must not provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information of any kind. You must not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or eligibility for positions or work authorization. You must not use someone else's credentials, identity, or qualifications. You must not apply to jobs for which you are not legally eligible, particularly with respect to work authorization requirements. You must not use our service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations in your country of residence, in India, or in any country where you are applying for employment.

4.3 Compliance with Local Laws

You are solely and completely responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and in the jurisdictions where you are seeking employment. This includes compliance with employment laws in your country of residence, immigration laws and visa requirements in both your current country and your target employment countries, labor regulations in your target employment countries, professional licensing requirements if you work in a licensed profession such as medicine, law, or engineering, tax obligations in all relevant jurisdictions, and any other applicable laws and regulations that may affect your job search or employment.


We explicitly do not provide, and you should not rely on us for, legal advice regarding employment law in any jurisdiction, immigration or visa consulting services of any kind, tax advice or guidance regarding the tax treatment of job search expenses or income, or professional licensing guidance regarding requirements in specific jurisdictions or professions. You should consult with qualified legal professionals for any questions regarding visa and immigration matters, employment law questions or concerns, tax implications of international job searches or employment, professional licensing requirements in your target jurisdictions, or contractual obligations you may have to current or former employers.

4.4 Application Submission Authorization and Consent

By subscribing to NoKuJob™, you provide general consent for staff to submit job applications on your behalf through employer career website application forms. However, this general consent requires per-application approval before each submission. You will receive a notification for each identified job opportunity and must explicitly approve or reject the application before staff submits it. You can revoke your general authorization at any time by updating your preferences in the dashboard or emailing support@nokujob.com. Staff maintains a complete audit trail of all submissions including timestamps, IP addresses, and approval records. You may choose to submit any application yourself instead of using staff-assisted submission. For LinkedIn and Indeed platforms, you must submit applications yourself as staff does not access these accounts.


4.5 Communication and Contact Information

You must provide accurate contact information including your email address and phone number so we can communicate with you regarding your subscription, notify you when new CVs are ready, request per-application approval, and provide job opportunity updates. You are responsible for checking your email regularly for communications from NoKuJob™ including application approval requests. All service-related communications will be sent to the email address you provide during registration. You must notify us immediately if your contact information changes by updating your profile in the dashboard.


5. SERVICE LIMITATIONS AND CONSIDERATIONS

5.1 Employer Policies on Professional CV Services

Professional CV writing and career assistance services such as those provided by NoKuJob™ are common, legitimate, and widely used by job seekers throughout the world. Many job seekers work with career counselors, professional resume writers, and job coaches who help them prepare their application materials. There are no legal restrictions on using professionally prepared CVs and resumes for job applications.


Most employers, particularly in the private sector, readily accept professionally prepared CVs and application materials. Using a professional CV writing service is a standard practice in job searching and is not considered deceptive or inappropriate. You are free to use the CVs we create for you to apply to any positions for which you are qualified and legally eligible to work.

5.2 Using Our CVs for All Industries

The CVs we create for you can be used to apply for positions in any industry or sector, including government and public sector positions, financial services and banking roles, healthcare positions requiring medical licensing, legal positions, security-related roles, defense contractor positions, and all other sectors and industries.


Whether you choose staff-assisted submission (with per-application approval) or self-submission, there are no restrictions or special considerations regarding which positions you can apply for. You have complete control over where and when to apply through your approval or rejection of each application, and you are responsible for ensuring you meet the eligibility requirements for each position.

5.3 Technical and Platform Considerations

We create ATS-friendly CVs optimized for maximum compatibility with major Applicant Tracking Systems used by employers. Employer ATS platforms vary significantly in their requirements and formatting preferences, and we use industry best practices to ensure our CVs perform well across different systems.


Occasional factors beyond our control may include job postings being removed before applications can be submitted, application deadlines passing, changes in job requirements, or employer website technical issues. Whether you choose staff-assisted submission or self-submission, you have full control over timing through your per-application approval process and can ensure applications are submitted before deadlines.

5.4 Market and Success Factors Beyond Our Control

Your success in securing employment is affected by numerous factors that are entirely beyond our control. Your own qualifications, including your education, experience, skills, and professional track record, are the primary determinant of success. We present your qualifications in the most professional and compelling manner possible, but we cannot change or enhance your underlying credentials beyond presenting them clearly and effectively.


Market conditions vary significantly by country, region, industry, economic conditions, and time of year. Some countries and industries are actively hiring while others may be in hiring freezes. Economic downturns reduce opportunities across the board. Seasonal variations are significant, with January and September typically being active hiring periods while December and August are often slower.


Employer decisions are made based on each employer's own independent criteria, and we have absolutely no ability to influence these decisions. Employers assess candidates based on multiple factors including technical qualifications, cultural fit, team needs, budget constraints, and internal policies. Many qualified candidates may apply for the same position, creating competitive situations where even highly qualified candidates may not be selected simply because another candidate was deemed a slightly better fit.


Your visa and work authorization status significantly impacts the opportunities available to you. Employers generally prefer candidates who already possess work authorization and do not require visa sponsorship. Visa sponsorship requirements substantially reduce the number of available opportunities, as many employers either do not sponsor visas at all or only sponsor visas for particularly hard-to-fill positions.


11. SUBSCRIPTION TERMINATION AND EXPIRY

11.1 Automatic Expiry of Subscription

Your subscription is valid for exactly 30 days from the date your subscription is activated, not from the date you make payment. Your activation typically occurs within 48 hours of payment confirmation, and you will receive an activation notification email when this occurs. The expiry date of your subscription is clearly displayed in your dashboard at all times so you always know when your access will end.


Your access to NoKuJob™ services automatically terminates at the end of the 30-day period. There is absolutely no automatic renewal and no recurring billing. You will not be charged any additional amounts unless and until you manually and explicitly purchase a new subscription. We will send you expiry reminders at 7 days before expiry, 1 day before expiry, and on the day your subscription expires.


There are no partial refunds if you do not fully utilize your 30-day subscription period. There are no refunds if you decide to cancel before the 30 days have elapsed. There are no refunds for unused daily CV quotas on days when you did not request the full allocation of three CVs. Your subscription fee is paid for access to services for the full 30-day period regardless of your actual usage patterns.

11.2 Termination by Company Without Refund

We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately and without any refund if you breach any provision of these Terms of Service or the Conditions of Service. Grounds for immediate termination include providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information about your qualifications, work experience, visa status, or any other material matter; engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward our staff members; violating any applicable laws or regulations; using fraudulent payment methods or stolen credit cards; sharing your account access with unauthorized third parties; attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise our systems through any technical means; or using our services for any illegal purposes.

11.3 Voluntary Cancellation by You

You may cancel your subscription at any time by sending an email to official@nokujob.com and support@nokujob.com with the subject line "Cancel Subscription" along with your account ID or registered email address for verification purposes. We will process your cancellation request within 48 hours of receiving it.


After cancellation, your service access will continue until the end of your current 30-day subscription period because you have already paid for those 30 days of access. After your current period ends, your dashboard will switch to view-only mode where you can view your past CVs and application history but cannot create new CVs or approve new staff-submitted applications. Your application submission authorization is automatically revoked upon cancellation. There are absolutely no refunds for the remaining days of your subscription period when you voluntarily cancel.


13. CUSTOMER SUPPORT AND GRIEVANCES

13.1 Customer Support

You can contact our customer support team at official@nokujob.com and support@nokujob.com, which is our primary support channel. We guarantee a response to all support inquiries within 48 hours. Our support hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time, and Saturday from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM IST. We are closed on Sunday, though email support is monitored 24/7 and urgent matters will be addressed even outside normal business hours.


For urgent matters such as account access issues, payment problems, or security concerns, please mark your email subject line with "URGENT" followed by a brief description of the issue, and we will prioritize your request for immediate attention.

13.2 Grievance Redressal

For formal grievances or complaints about our service, please email official@nokujob.com and support@nokujob.com with the subject line beginning with either "GRIEVANCE" or "COMPLAINT" followed by a brief description. As required by the Information Technology Act, 2000 of India, we will acknowledge receipt of your grievance within 3 business days and provide a substantive response within 15 days of receipt.


If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate your concern by replying to our response and marking your email with "ESCALATION" in the subject line. Management will review escalated matters and respond within 5 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after escalation, you may request a final management review, which will be completed within 10 business days. If you remain unsatisfied after exhausting our internal grievance process, you may lodge a complaint with the relevant Data Protection Authority in your jurisdiction, approach consumer dispute redressal forums where applicable, or pursue legal remedies as described in Section 10 of the Conditions of Service document.


ELECTRONIC ACCEPTANCE
