This Refund & Cancellation Policy complies with consumer protection laws across all jurisdictions where we operate. Different regional rights apply based on your location.
2. CANCELLATION
2.1 How to Cancel
- Dashboard: Settings → Subscription → Cancel
- Email: support@nokujob.com (Subject: "Cancel Subscription")
- Cancellation effective at end of current billing period
2.2 Effect of Cancellation
- No further charges
- Access continues until subscription expiry
- Download materials before expiry
- Data deleted per Privacy Policy (90 days)
3. REFUND POLICY BY REGION
3.1 European Union & United Kingdom Residents
EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU & UK Consumer Rights Act 2015:
- 14-day cooling-off period from purchase date
- Full refund within 14 days if no/minimal services delivered
- Proportional refund if services partially delivered

3.2 Irish Residents
Same 14-day rights as EU residents plus additional protections under Consumer Protection Act 2007. Complaints: Competition and Consumer Protection Commission (CCPC) — ccpc.ie
3.3 Australian Residents
Australian Consumer Law:
- Refund if services not provided as described
- Refund for unacceptable quality or major failure
- Consumer guarantees cannot be excluded

Consumer Protection Act 2019:
- Refund if no services delivered within 7 days due to technical issues
- Refund for duplicate/erroneous charges

4. NON-REFUNDABLE SITUATIONS
- Subscription used beyond cooling-off period with services delivered
- Terms of Service violation
- False information provided
- Dissatisfaction with job market outcomes
- No interviews obtained (outcome not guaranteed)
5. REFUND PROCESS
Email: support@nokujob.com (Subject: "Refund Request — [Your Region]")
Include: Name, email, order ID, reason
Timeline:
- Review: Within 5 business days
- Razorpay refunds: 5-7 business days
- Wise refunds: 3-5 business days
- Partial refunds calculated proportionally
6. DISPUTES
- Reply to denial with additional information
- Escalation to management
- Contact local consumer protection authority
Note: EU/UK 14-day rights are statutory and cannot be overridden.
